As part of the York 800 celebrations, York is hosting a large scale choral project, Ebor Vox. Ebor Vox will see hundreds of people from York coming together to form a huge community choir, which will perform on The River Ouse and the Eye of York over York's Charter weekend 7th- 9th July.
They will sing a new piece, composed by acclaimed composer Benjamin Till, creator of the BBCs 2010 Symphony for Yorkshire.
